DWO looks much better. Crown still looks bad. I can't tell about the bezel. In some of the photos it looks thinner, but in others it looks the same. By the way, your DWO is perfectly centered. You got a good piece.

I agree with you on this. Just look at the listings on InTime and Puretime. On PureTime it looks thinner; whereas on InTime it looks as thick as it did with the V1 and V2 versions. The DW does look better though (thicker). We won't know until someone who bought a v3 shares photos or measures the bezel.

The V3 has the same dial as the v2, no change there

+1. The only difference is related to the movement and it appears they've also improved the DW(?). To me, the font looks thicker and closer to gen. There were questions whether the bezel was thinner, but after reviewing the photos more closely it appears to be the same.

Did they fix the ceramic clasp bits thing? I went through RWI and recalled people who lost their ceramic ball and can't fix it.

That was fixed in v2, I believe.

It’s by far the best 5711r to date and by a very long way. This is miles ahead of the PF version!! Dial looks a little light, but that could just be the lighting!

I agree the 5711R from PPF looks amazing. The one thing that always stops me from the gold versions is the weight difference between gold and steel. If only they could make it out of something heavier and then gold plate it.

had both versions in gold PF and PPF. The PPF version is even lighter than the PF version.

I've just unboxed the V3 from puretime and everything seems ok except for a huge problem, I can't change the date forward or back (apart from when I move the hands forward to the next date)
What should I do?

are you sure you are not changing the date in the "critical time zone" ?. Between six in the evening and six in the morning. in this critical timezone the movement is preparing / finishing the date change.

if you are, a watchmaker is required.

OK, so not in the "critical date change time zone" ( made that term up myself hahahaha) Than, do not force anything and seek a watch smith who is happy to work on reps. Never go to an AD!!

ps. sending the watch back to the TD is no option in my humble opinion.
