Best PP 5164 A with proper GMT hand working?

Hi everyone,
i was wondering if any factory/seller is selling the Patek 5164 A travel time with the GMT hand working properly like it’s supposed to be? I contacted couple Tds and they said the GMT works but not like gen.
If theres any pls let me know.
