GRF 5711 Thoughts?

Bezel appears wide. Engravings on the movement look better than that of the new PF v2. Keylog DWO needed, perhaps one in the current inventory will fit. A proper hands on review is needed for this model. Anyone familuar with GRF?

Always hard to judge on those pics as we are now at a lever of detail that requires real photo review to know what this all about.

I've never been fussed about the date wheel appearance, but I must say that on those pics, the size of the font is what caught my eye the most : way too small

Otherwise proportions seems to be good, movement engraving looks very nice

Curious to see some more info about that release !

It has at least two merit : it's cheaper and it's the new boxed dial

Bezel seems wide and crown does not go under the "bridge" between the crowguards, kinda like PPF. Date is horrible. Lume on the white is super uneven, like the white PF.

Looks pretty good for the price, it's $100 cheaper than the rest of the 5711 reps. The case, bezel, clasp logo, and crown all look good to me. It just needs a Keylog74 date wheel overlay. Then it could be a good base for a modded 5711.

I don't know how to feel about this, its same configuration as JJF but more expensive. The date and date window look bad, like on an MKF, maybe it's just an old MKF rebranded to make it sell

Yeah similar complaints here. It's not a terrible watch, but there are better alternatives. One thing I like is the subtle serifs on the font printed on the dial. It's not gen-like for recent models, but cool looking nonetheless.

Straight DHGate Blue on the GRF dial... hell this looks horrible.
