I think the OP is lazy, stupid or very stupid. There should be some rules before members are allowed to join RWI. Staff should establish these rules and new members should acknowledge they have read and understood the rules before they're allowed to join. Just an idea.
I think the mods should enforce a system where newbies are not allowed to start threads until they reach a certain post count. The amount of these threads popping up is getting ridiculous
