This is a cheap DHGate, mostly found in the form of a Vacheron Constantin fantasy rep.

Pierre Kunz is a Swiss watchmaker and as far as I know, never made any watch in collaboration with Patek Philippe.

Patek Philppe don't put tourbillon in the front of the dial and this isn't even a tourbillon but simply an "open heart" showing the balance wheel
