Nautilus JJF dial getting dirty?

So this is my JJF dial swapped onto a PF.

Looks like something is happening with my dial. Look at the grooves near the center of the hands. Is it oil leaking out from the pinion? Or is the dial metal corroding below the paint?

I think its oil or something. It was nit there a few months ago and I have not been wearing it much

Where did you get the JJF dial from bro? Have you bought only the dial and hands or the whole JJF watch to switch the dial on the PF case ?
