Does anyone else have problems with the power reserve?
Mine (PPF blue dial V1) does not have enough power reserve to get through the night (reserve varies from approx. 4-6hours)
I even tried wearing it during the night, but when I wake up it's empty (maybe I don't move at all? haha).

Any ideas on what can be the problem?

Please go check if your watch is not magnetized and maybe request someone to service it. Also your spring may be broken but it is still working (replacement is cheap at least). The Miyota 9015 should have a power reserve of 42 hours.

The 9015 rotor winds unidirectional, so effective winding depends on your activities i.e.; wrist movements. Wanking all day there's no need for additional manual winding

Must be that the little lever preventing the unwinding of the movement is stuck. Easy check and possible solution is to apply a drop of oil, move it a few times until it stays/falls back in place when winding.

Also note that the 9015 movement likes to be wound a little every day, like 20/30 times, for the power reserve to stay happy!

See here where the guy manipulates it with the screwdriver https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IeGgxCkjw9U

Interesting, I'll have to look into it. Mine doesn't do it every time, but when it does happen it freaks me out

Hey Forum, I have just recieved my PPF v2 fairly happy as this forum has stated before my dial is too far over to the right and my 12 markers are a bit off. I should have taken my first qc as it wasnt as bad as this one but me being a n00b to this i didnt want to annoy the TD. I suppose my question is can a watchmaker solve these problems?

Might be a stupid question, does anyone have a PPF V2 Dial either colour they want to sell? My V2 arrived today, of course a new v3 comes out as mine comes in. Anyways the QC pics didn't show a huge flaw in my dial from front on which was those white dots between the hour markers on the right hand side have not been properly done and are not as full as the other side of the dial some are only half full dots. If anyone has the dial please PM me, I know it unlikely as people like this dial.

Hello Merphious, in the case you find someone selling in spare, I am looking for a crown for the same watch, if this could help you reducing the bill, you know I ll be with you ;-)

I Did buy the watch from a TD yes .... Hopefully he helps, he has advised me they don't sell replacement dials. It only arrived today, I am speaking to the TD in hope to resolve the issue. My guess is because the v3 is coming out perhaps they only have reject V2's left. I rejected two before this one that looked ok came in only to find the flaw in the dots. Its hard to see in the QC because the right dots are consistently bad and light so it looks normal, however so noticeable in person.

These are my accepted QC photos. I plan to install a date wheel at some point, but I am going to attempt to change the crown to a pf.

Beautiful dial ;-))))

for the winding crown problem you have to work on the case, and I think it's very complicated. The best Nautilus 5711 you can get is to insert that beautiful dial and the hands of your PPF on a PF in addition to inserting a DW Keylog. The PPF you have to keep it so with its 2 defects, bezel with the satin part too wide and crown that does not enter the case.
