Concept wise not comparable.
Year of release and the according rep standard - also not really comparable.
But judging by the price (beside the gen strap on the 5711) you get definitely a more gen-like appearance with the 5167 as it is close to gen spec, got a correct dial pattern and almost correct sun burst finish/color.
The DW is decent on both watches but the 5167 comes with a decorated movement which is a plus IMO even though it will never fool anyone who knows the real 324 SC...
swiss standards of the SW200 can be an advantage but as the 9015 is known for its durability i can live without a swiss movement and service the movement once its needed.
the old 5711 got an overall nice finish but the differences to the gen let it down. The dial pattern is wrong and the endlinks are too big. But again you cant really compare both watches in total and a general opinion is very subjective.
