Micro-rotor movement

Hey guys,

was browsing watchuseek when I stumbled upon this thread from last year about a chinese caliber with micro-rotor from Hangzhou:

At 30mm in diameter and 3.95mm thick (same as Miyota 9015) it's the perfect size for many patek reps, how come the factories never thought about using it??!

seconds at 7 is not found in any patek ever afaik, cost of this may be high, never seen any rep ever with a micro rotor so there is more to it I guess

Reviving this thread as it seems the movement has indeed been used in a few reps: the Bulgari Octo Finissimo Automatique and the PP Skymoon

The Rod interesting. If they can put the seconds at 7 like in the Bulgari you are referring to, they should be able to make a F.P.Journe rep. Like for example the Chronometre Souverain.
