Nautilus clasp popping open

Hey guys,

a friend of mine recently purchased a PF Nautilus and showed me something weird: he can pop open the bracelet just by flexing his wrist.

Is this considered normal for this type of bracelet? Or is it a matter of parts wearing off with some use?

Any idea what could be done to make sure the clasp stays put?

A video would probably make more sense basically one side of the butterfly clasp, the one opening up first, opens way too easily and doesn't hold well in place.
