Aquanaut. Why makers didnt put the "swiss made" on the dial ?

Lately i want to have an aquanaut... but then i saw all of them are without those Swiss Made word on their dials.
what is the reason they do that ? Thats a very obvious flaw for every time you looking at your watch. And its a simply easy to make forthe makers.
why do they do that ?

One reason is the makers intentionally introduce flaws so you'll buy subsequent versions which eliminate that flaw but introduce another flaw. It's unfortunately a smart business practice and creates return business.

There has been two versions of the Gen Patek dial, so you can either have it or not, both options are accurate

It seems that earlier dial (pre 2012) are without the marking and some of the ones sold in 2015 are also without. Similar for the Nautilus that sometime has SWISS MADE and sometime only SWISS. They do not give any explanation about it.

Patek put “Swiss Made” on all aquanauts that were made after 2009. That’s why some aquanauts have it and some don’t.

if you had seen first the one without the swiss made you wont be that much surprised :) also this have been explained before. Also there is a rep of it with the swiss made dial, real question here is why v6 reped correctly the dw on the undecorated movement than screwed it when introduced the decoration ;)

No I am pretty sure it is not the case, I have personally seen an Auqanaut bought in 2013 without it.

gigi77 No. what I said is 100% accurate you can look it up. Of course you will see some without because that model that was purchased in 2013 was a model that was made before 2009. It was not a 2013 model.

Quick google and I endedp up on the TRF, look at the post from summer 2017:

"Mine is brand new and does not have "Swiss Made" on the dial. I believe some just go out without this stamping on the dial by error. There appears no other explanation or logic to it. "

LOL by error?
Patek would’t use those dials if they forgot to stamp swiss made - it’s not that nobody would notice it in QC Department.
