Ok hope I am not too much of a newbie for asking this but here goes.
I got a Patek Philippe moonphase watch which is really beautiful but whenever I set the date, if I set the date number the day is always off (for example, today is Wednesday the 26th still in California, but I set it to the 26th and it says Thursday)
I noticed the watch has two pushers near the crown that are flush with the case. I don't know what these do or if they do anything. I am guessing they do nothing since this is a 21j watch and I believe it is another rep Miyota movement from the internals I can see through the clear caseback.
Well any help would be appreciated, even if someone says it can't be done
Thanks
