The reason I joined RWI two and a half years ago was that I wanted to have a good looking rep of the PP Nautilus 5711 1A010. At that time I new nothing whatsoever about the factories and TD's. I did knew at that time that outside this forum ( and her sister forums) you are in "the wild" and you will get scammed.
I learned that there is no such thing as a perfect PP 5711 rep (like there is no best sub
) Long time we waited for the successor of the PF maker. Somewhere in the proces it stalled. All has to do with the accurate thickness of the watch. The GEN is so thin, almost impossible to replicate.
Learned from Glaude all about the MK v5 version and the difference with the PF. But not forget Godfathar and Nivka and the other PP specialistst who I may have forgotten to mention. Learned a hell of a lot from you guys. THX !!!!
Than the PPF came, with a perfect white dial, the bleu dial ( my favorite color) was not that good, so v2 bleu came. But the bezel and the crown are not like Gen. In the mean time it is two and a half year later and still no PP for me. But I gained so much knowledge and enjoyed every minute of it.
But now, after giving it a lot of thought, I got myself this one. MK v5 text not boxed and the bleu dial is amazing. I know, matter of taste. And thx Logixa
well, one thing is true about our hobby. You must be patience, sometimes for the period of 2,5 years. hahahahaha

ok. i will buy both watches and do the swap but i am unable to locate a watchmaker local to me or in the USA willing to do the mod or confident to do this mod. can you or someone direct me to a good watch maker willing to take on this job?
