As mentioned it is a fantasy model. Patek isn't know for guilloche dials so it pops out as strange. There are several fantasy Pateks in that same case with the ST-19 Seagull movement (Venus). There are no good Patek complication reps but the simple 5070 rep with the ST-19 movement is probably the closest, but again it wouldn't fool anyone with more than a casual knowledge of Patek for longer than a glance.
