Definitely not Noob nor H-Fac. Does not have the millesimation at the back.
You are correct. The reason I looked at the millesimation first was the question on the factory. H-Fac only had an L series. Noob had L and M. If it was an L, then it was time to move on to the next feature.

Honestly, at first I thought it was a topic about pam243, not a survey, I don't even know why.
If we talk about voting, then this can be said about many models. Many noob and hf automatic pams can claim this title.
There can be no clear winner, but let me say pam299 noob O series:
