Please check M2M or post a WTB. Don't do it in the discussions section please. You've been an active member here long enough. Thank you.

I also have to say it's insanely comfortable. It felt odd being so light when I first picked it up and put it on but for such a big watch I almost forget I'm wearing it, they've done a decent job on the strap to be fair.

Thanks mate!
I have nearly same size, even a little smaller. Do you feel it fits well? I would appreciate some more wristshots showing how it fits your wrist. ????

give an opinion please. I have 2 problems:
1. Seconds dial, the small hand has some side blue paint coming out? Or I dont see well
2. back of the strap, the stitches are not well done at all

Why? What's wrong with it?

When you say aligned, do you mean the way it is oriented?

That is just the caseback. It's orientation may change depending on how you take it off and put it on and how tightly you screw it down.

In the promotional Pic, it's there as a display for the most part so it's understandable that they place it upright.

So, even originals have different orientation ? My Breitling (original) is perfectly aligned.

Thanks

Of course the do, that depends on how the starting position of the case back when being screwed. My gen tag is not upright oriented.

Yes. Some brands might start off with them lined up. Maybe. Kinda like a Rolex crown where it is supposed to point straight up and down when it is screwed in. But the first time you unscrew the crown and tighten it, it's out of alignment.

However, I don't think Panerai is one of those brands.

I looked at like 5 or 6 watches on Chrono 24 and they all had the caseback just randomly oriented.

Especially because it all depends on how much you tighten it. Whether it is tight or loose. It's only a threaded cap. Anything threaded is going to set in a different position every time based on its position catching the threads and alos bases in how much you tighten it.

Your Breitling could just be randomly aligned or some models have a case back that snaps in. I even looked up a few Breitling and every one I opened had a random orientation.

Is your automatic winder/rotor audible? I noticed mine is quite “loud”... the movement is working well and keeps great time, so I’m curious if this is normal for PAM movements or if there’s an underlying issue.

I have a gen 1389...a 1616 rep and a 389 rep......well the rotors are all noisy.....the watches vibrate and the gen keep time less better than the rep.....incredible....

So you're referring to the website where all the pictures have the perfect alignment? Well of course they're aligned perfectly, else I'd fire the graphics artist who rendered the image in Photoshop. :D

Today I got finally my QC.. this should the second batch because when I ordered it was already sold out.. I do not see differences with the previous batch, isn’t it?

Well unless there was something horribly wrong with the first batch, then any succeeding batches will be unsurprisingly the same.

There is always the exception to the rule. But then I never pay attention to Rolex reps so what do I know?
