PAM with white dial anywhere?

I am looking for a 44mm PAM with white dial, e.g. PAM113, PAM114, PAM523, PAM561, PAM563.
Does anyone know if any of the TDs provide it? I have checked with a couple but have been advised white PAMs are no longer available.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Regardless of some obvious flaws, the Pam518 was very nice but I don’t think it’s available anymore.
