PAM 299 fac ID help please - Noob or H?

Hey guys,

just picked up a 299 in M2M (link below) . Trying to figure out if it is Noob or H factory. The seller did not know. What are the identifiers for this particular watch? Any help on the subject would be much appreciated!!
