This is a panerai 088...

The Panerai 089 is similar but with a black subdial vs silver. Neither has a power reserve indicator and both are GMT models. .

The PAM089 dial has another important distinction. The dial itself is anthracite color, which has this amazing look which changes depending on the angle of the light hitting its surface.

Panerai I just pure style. I am looking to pick up a great value in a Panerai 1:1 ( one to one) rep. So many choices , I need to learn a bit more. Even though I am new to watch hobby the first time a saw a Panerai (it was a cheap rep in my hand in New York city) I fell in love with the Panerai watch. I can not put it into words but it was just a visceral feeling.
