Yes, its an early Ferrari Panerai, dial is the original one but the owner removed "Ferrari" and added cronografo with rub-on letters. The crown was relieved of the Ferrai Stallion and the caseback was custom made by Necky. Nice simple mods, elegant watch

Just got this after a long wait from Europe. Big Egiziano. My wife thinks it's gaudy but it is a beautiful watch. It has grown on me after the initial shock at the size. Opinions welcome on if I can carry this off or sell it to someone with bigger wrists? I have 7.75 inch right wrist and 7.5 left wrist. I am both handed so I figured I would wear it on the bigger wrist.
