I like this case back
They are both VSF reps.
All blue accents on gen are slightly different color. Shade of blue is different - on gen they look darker. gen also has darker dial - it reflects light when you look at it from certain angles.

Same rep watch, I like the marker colors more on the rep. Super light and I would not change a thing. Some people are hung up about 1 to 1 exact with Gen. This is one is one of the highest quality watches I have and it really draws the eye to it.

I love the rep 799. It's one of my favorite reps.
However, I do wish vsf did more with the dial reflectivity on that metallic feature. It has it slightly but the dial on the 1616 has a more drastic version so they have the feature/technology or whatever it is. I just wish they used it on the 799. But I do love the 799.
The 799 has gotten me the most compliments and drawn eyes of any reps. Of course, watch people... When they see it... They're like... "wow".
Also, You know when you're talking to someone and in a conversation, you expect their eyes to be on yours but I stead you see their eyes on the watch trying to check it out. That's happened a number of times too and it's always on the 799.

It's warm out today. It's like 68 degrees which is by far the warmest day of the year lol. I was getting sweaty and switch straps.
This is the best strap a d goes perfectly with so many models.
