Best REP PANERAI 2021

I congratulate everyone on the new year 2022, and wish that the new year, both in hobby and in the life of all of us, becomes better than the previous one!

The past 2021 was not an easy year for the world of rep panerai, in connection with the raids that VSF, which practically completely monopolized this brand, fell victim to.

Nevertheless, this year there were new models, perhaps not the ones that many would like to see, but in places, in the wrong quality, but nevertheless, given the scale of the difficulties in the market, this is better than it could have been.

In this discussion, by tradition, I invite everyone to vote for the best (based on the combination of qualities or your personal opinion) PANERAI model that was released this year.

Suffice it to name this model, but a reasoned opinion and / or photo are always welcome, they will make your position more solid, perhaps help someone make a decision and agree with you, or argue with you.

My vote is for the 1176, the rest of them weren’t worth my time the 1176 is in my favourite rotation stack, which says a lot with all the choice I have in pams.

My vote is for the TTF 1314. I made a small review some weeks ago from this watch. For sure this not the best rep ever and maybe not even the best Pam-Rep of the last year. But for me its a glimpse of hope for the Post-Raid-Era from a newcomer.

Te 1118 was released in 2020? It just goes to show how much time flies. I guess much of the pandemic fees like things stopped in time.

I ask because I was looking at the 1118 the other day as I thought about how good it looked and how good of a job VSF did.

The rep of the year has to be a vsf in my opinion and they did a good job with the 1176. All the other models they replicated had some too many flaws. So I think that has to be the call.

2021 was an abnormal year for PAM reps due to Covid-19, the factory raids and the focus on rep Rolex's and decline in gen PAM prices. My 3 cents is that with the shortage of gen Rolex's, the big price increase in gen Rolex prices that there was a shift in the rep watch market to more focus on rep Rolex's than PAM's especially with VSF rep Rolex's the past few years which caused the rep factories to focus more on rep Rolex's than rep PAM's. The demand for a good rep Rolex such as the the VSF Rolex rep watch has increased and a for replacement to the VSF Rolex and noob 4130. For example look at all of the hype on RWI for the CF Rolex Daytona.

I am very impressed with VSF PAM's and let's hope they can re emerge in 2022 with new models for reps of PAMS.

I apologize for sounding like a politician and not answering the question.

To answer your question the best PAM rep in 2021 was the VSF PAM 1176 as I am now partial to ceramic PAM's.

Also a big fan of PAM sub's and bronze watches.

Another vote for VSF PAM1176
VSF is/was just a level above everyone else in regard of Pams. Second TTF 1314 - if they fix the quick release, ill get it.

We need someone to step up and start making bronze, carbon and ceramic Pams.

ZF 968 pales in comparison to VSF. Way worse.

Another vote for the 1176. They did a great job on the dial. Hard to show on photos but it pops in the right light.

I think the PAM 1025 is also a contender. I like the classic balanced colors on the sun burst dial, no blue small seconds hand on this one.
I'm not sure if it's released in 2021, but it's currently available at some TDs. I received one today and made a picture heavy buyer review.

I'm going to say the 1176 as well. It's very well done and, as someone else said, it's gotten into my everyday rotation. It's a good looking watch.
