With a real double tourbillon this is as close as you will get:

Maybe as far as the north to the south pole? Nah the frame work is fantastic, but the movement is as far from gen as is posible. But its a 25k+ watch for $100.... buy one and enjoy it, if you like roger dubuis you’ll be happy
