Yes I would be very interested in having a good speedy rep. The issue is that the factory do not have a chrono movement that can be used to get the correct sub dial placement - the current A7750 or ST19 they use cause all Speedmaster rep's subdials to be all too far apart and is an instant tell even from afar. Furthermore this totally changed the look and doesn't even look like a speedmaster to me. Until one of the factories see enough demand and profit to be made for developing a new chrono movement with the right subdial spacing, we probably won't be getting a real high quality moonwatch rep.
