Here's to hoping the movie gets released in time come November... VOD or cinema, I don't really care. Some of us just wanna see the movie before the virus catches up to us.

With Prof Steves 2X AR crystal

I was waiting for someone to give it a try. I have 8 pieces all with Prof AR, but was undecided whether to go ahead on this piece. Your pics are helping me make a decision :)

Despite the original only being single-sided AR on the underside the double AR does bring out the dial details.

Can I ask, did he recoat the rep crystal, or did he supply one of his own, and if he did, does it have the same curvature.

If he did supply a matching crystal, maybe his single sided AR offering could still be an improvement...

Beautiful, they will be in the shops in 6 weeks in London, but stock is hard to get at the moment, as for the film, Cinema only, The money it cost to make, selling it to Sky, BT etc, within a day the pirates will have a perfect copy. Mind you I would not bet against Craig still being around for the 60th Anniversary in 2022, I mean he left Bond to get a rest, well the last 6 months he has done zero and with Bond he has complete control, i mean look at the watch above. Can write his own pay check, and in today's climate that is unique. For all we know the next one could be being written now, I mean Sam Mendes is also not doing much, and him and Craig are very tight and he said if he was available would be up for the end of the Trilogy

No. Mendes shouldn't ever come back. Skyfall was good but nothing THAT special and SPECTRE was a terrible film; bu far tgecwoest of the Craigvera Bond films.

I have to agree as much as I think Craig is a good Bond some of his movies have not been great....or even Bond like

Bond films suffer from the “every other” disease. Seemingly every other movie is good. Casino Royale: awesome! Quantum of Solace: mediocre at best. Etc.

Has anyone considered taking their stainless steel bracelet and taking it to a car garage that does body paint job work and thought to transition the stainless steel to the colour of titanium?

That would flake off within a week. Think about how many hits/ knocks and general abrasion a bracelet takes. Then think about mesh, and how much more movement (think abrasion) that would have than a linked bracelet. Cerakote might give a more lasting effect, and is very durable (think firearm coatings) (see http://motorcitywatchworks.com/Services.html) , but eventually wears off too (interestingly the above isn’t coating bracelets at present, which suggests it’s too costly/ difficult/ requires disassembly etc). If it bugs you now, think about how bad a flaking/ worn two tone bracelet would bug you.

Theoretically, steel could be plated with Ti, but would depend upon the steel etc, and unless you had something that had to be made from steel, but needed a Ti finish (think medical/ engineering applications etc.), then it would be relatively costly. You might get a similar finish by bead blasting steel, but-again-costly for this application, and still wouldn’t get a true Titanium colour.

Admittedly I rarely ever incur knocks or hits on my watches/bracelets. I'm very careful like that but...things do happen. I get your point and fair enough. Was just a thought but thanks for the breakdown.

It’s not about knocks. Mesh itself is moving and there’s friction there. The bracelet would flake just from being a bracelet. And also the paint used on cars are fairlybthick. Not made for such minute particals. Just spraying would make all the holes clog up. Even taking the whole mesh apart to do it, would most likely end up them not being able to put the mesh back together again as the parts would be way too thick.

With regards to the steel mesh.... I don't think it's worth the effort to make it look like the same tone as the titanium case. Either way its still gonna be stainless steel. Can't hide the heft to it. Just wear the steel mesh proudly. The difference in tone is seriously not noticeable in the flesh.

You could also fade the stainless steel a bit either through vinegar bath (8+ hours) or a technique I saw of heating and dunking it in coffee grounds! You can google these.

Again imo, its just not worth all that effort. Unless the steel mesh can magically turn to titanium through whatever process there is out there, I wouldn't bother. Until VSF or whichever maker comes out with a titanium mesh and even if they don't, the steel mesh is just fine. But to each their own though ;)
