First, the rules state that you are not to post QC pics. If you must, PM them to an experienced forum member to help you review.
Second, there is nothing in those pictures that would keep most people from approving it, but that's not on us to decide... it's on you. Personally the -10s/d would drive me nuts but that's not on the seller to fix. Learn to regulate your own watches or live with the fact that automatics are not as accurate as quartz.
Not trying to be snarky, just trying to keep you out of trouble with the mods... you might want to edit your post and delete the pictures.
