Noise when winding up a seamaster 300

hey guys I have got a seamaster 300 new shape which is 7months old when the watch flat and powering up the movement its making a grinding noise since been back to omega under warranty twice and had there top guy on it and he says its normal any help please

Yeah it's the new 2019 model with the blue dail the watch is still away with omega at the moment
