I am just getting into reps (got my 1st last week - Breitling SO2 Noob) and have been reading an overload of materials and wanted to see if I understood this all correctly.

On the NWBIG list I believe these are the listed models:

Likely super rep - Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m LMPO Noob V5
http://www.trustytime.cc/index.php?m...ducts_id=19644 ... This is v6 so has that mistake been corrected?

1st class rep - Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean (45.5 / 42mm) CrPO (8500 Super Clone) VSF
http://www.trustytime.cc/index.php?m...56535d7b48deef

But then I see what looks to be one identical to the Liquid Metal but not classified as LM - what is the difference there?
http://www.trustytime.cc/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=35_114&products_id=18939

And while not on "the list" it seems these are highly recommend as they probably should be 1st class or even super rep?
http://www.trustytime.cc/index.php?m...ducts_id=19667

And lastly ... How do these stack up to gen, I don't see much posted on these

Thanks for all the help!

Mate TBH all of those are nice reps and to you will look perfect. Try not to obsess too much just buy the one you like and be done with it, no one will be able to tell the difference on your wrist.

Yep TB is right, and nobody will call you out on an Omega. Ppl will assume even the crappiest rep is a gen

Agree 100% with the gents above. If someone can point the difference while it’s on your wrist then he will be either a RWI member or a VERY GOOD watch technician/Geek. Or it’s a pretty crap rep. I remember back in the days I bought a ticking Breitling on a visit to Bangkok from the night market and ended up receiving compliments back home. At that time I did not even knew how big the brand was. Just liked the look of it blue dial with silver sub dials. Now I think back and laughter on myself.

Thanks everyone ... So I definitely have a few that are on my short list. But, can someone help explain the difference between the Liquid Metal one and the other that I posted which appears to be almost identical. I see the movement is different, that about it?

One is the LMPO which is a rep of the closed back 2500 movement watch.

The other is the CrPO which is a rep of the 8500 movement with display back and ceramic bezel

Two totally different watches...

I think the master chronometer AT can also be on this list, specially the black or the white dial. I actually never got mine, but the AT (coaxial 8500) is one of the reasons i fell in love for watches.
