Noob LMPO.
Took me a long while (years), but I've finally committed to the effort of building a franken PO.
The base is now here, a few gen parts too, and now I'm just looking around for a gen bezel.
My plan for the caseback is to approach a local goldsmith and see if he could remove the extra texts and keep the rest intact.

Really cool, I’m playing with the same idea too, just waiting for a 43.5 mm to see if I like it more then the 42mm, and I will start

Now that I'm doing this, I wish I'd started earlier, maybe back in 2015?
The gen parts are hard to get & they can be quite pricey.
But I suppose better now than a few years later when the swatch group has every single thing under their tight control.
