I had 3 V6F CrPOs with rubber straps. They weren't anywhere near gen quality, especially the clasp.
I hope they're improved on this version.
I've had a lot of the rubber straps and I know he's not a TD, bu Trusty had straps that wear almost identical to gen. They were much different in quality than the ones that came with the watches (and definitely different from the crappy silicone ones). I think BP made them.
Look how clean and close to gen the black inner core is:

What about the deployment, how is the Omega logo? Most I have seen just look terrible.

I'm going to get the 45mm version of this watch. Anyone got it yet? I have a 7.5 inch wrist, so think it's a better choice.

What power reserve have people been getting out of these 8500 clones? Mine stops after 24 hours

Just placed my order last night with Mary, 45.5mm silver dial. Might have to C&R the other Omega I ordered last week, didn’t plan on buying 2 but really want this.

Both 42mm out of stock apparently.

My guess is the movement maker probably holding things up.

I like big watches but fancy the 42 this time.

Patience is a must in this hobby.

Nah I think it's like with the Seamaster Spectre: VSF is holding very limited stock of some if not all parts these days (probably due to increasing raids) and therefore these new releases last only a couple of weeks before they go out of stock

I found a great review of the gen 42mm with some detailed photos of orange numeral markers, so we can scrutinize and obsess about details some more :D

This is an epic find! Everything looks pretty spot on, only thing I can't tell from our user subbed photos are if the date box is correct with the indented second level as per gen:

Can someone who's got one please shed some light?
