Rep Ceramic bezels (Noob LMPO , V6F spectre etc.)

Someone in the Spectre thread raised a good point: is the metal used in rep's omega bezels (say Noob LMPO and V6F spectre 300) true liquidmetal? I havent seen a gen liquidmetal bezel irl so cant tell for sure on my one

Not sure what v6f did in spectre, but noob LMPO' insert does not have any metal at all.
Noob insert is ceramic with a silver paint.

That s a bit disappointing
it does look good tho and my 2 years old spectre bezel s not faded yet so fingers crossed

I doubt these Chinese "factories" have access to liquidmetal. It's all just silver paint at the moment for the bezel.

Liquid metalnis a proprietary process that Omega licenses from a company in California according to Matt Farrah's podcast. Not easily copied in my opinion....
