I think this has been a problem on some of examples of watches with ceramic inserts. Get in touch with your TD and they should be able to sort it out.

Too smooth but everything else looks good

Yep, it is too smooth, but the colour is spot on. Also think the hands aren't the best either

Yeah, that happen sometimes with our beloved Vb, you can ban him right away, the address gets incorrectly formatted by the board, sometime it happens to me in my own profile link but it get fixed after a few server cache refresh
