Hi, does anyone know where I might source a complete case set 168-1653?

I've been considering getting gen crystal, bezel, crown & tube for my franken PO wondering how much more the complete case set would set me back.

I've tried ofrei's and cousin's, cheers.

Brand new Omega PO cases are quite difficult to source. You best shot is to find a used case and add new parts bought from Ofrei and CousinsUK, depending on where you can find the best price.

But the parts only will cost from 1000 to 1400 euros without the movement.

How does dial ome-2500-dial #1 fit the rep? The date window is further left that the gen dial.

The gen dials fit all ETA/ETA clone 28XX reps. The date window is aligned identical to the gen as it is on the rep. If you look at the 45.5 and the 42 side by side you will see what I am saying. :)

Hey guys, quick question!

I have a 21j 42mm PO from WBK and was wondering if I could do a direct swap with a Gen bezel? Can I buy the bezel and click spring and call it a day? Any issues with the crystal lining up etc...

Also,

I understand that hands can be replaced but not with a 21j. It would have to be a swiss or asian clone movement. But if I wanted to swap the dial out with a Gen, would that be an option?

Thanks!

KC

If your going to franken i would start with the 2836 5th gen not the 21j.

Be prepared to spend some money...
Bezel will run you over $200

Will gen hands fit on the rep movement?
I thought there were issues with that...

Not with ETA or ETA Clone movements. The second hand needs to be broached though.

The crystal has gone up. It was only $140 for my FrUPO. It was $190 for my Fr4GPO.
