Anyone have an idea of where I could get a replacement pearl for my black ceramic PO45 or would it be easier to get hold of a replacement bezel which comes with the pearl already installed?

I’ve got the VSF 45.5 and they crown no longer screws in. It changes the time etc but remains stuck out. The watch works fine but looks silly as the crown won’t screw flush.
any ideas what the issue Is
