Intercept rep from carrier!

Guys looking for some advice. Bit of a strange one but due to personal circumstances I need to somehow intercept my rep that has recently been sent as I am no longer at the address it’s being sent to. Is there anyway to redirect or intercept the package once it hits the UK?

Ask the seller to change the shipping address ?

Or just contact the post office and you can let them know the situation and it would be re route to new address
