Strange Christmas/Holiday Traditions?

After getting off the phone with my 70yr old mother and her asking me for that Christmas "Jingle Bells Trap song" that she likes so much, I figured I'd start an off topic thread to see if anyone else has any crazy traditions for the holidays?

The back story is that several years ago, I played this song for my teenager and everyone was dancing around. My mother fell in love with the song and now plays it every year for her friends. I never thought my mother would be into trap! lol

We have been having an ugly, most outrages costume (not ugly sweater) for Xmas for past 8 yrs, they have to be home made and the creativity of some of my family members is unbelievable.
