Kuvarsit Tag Heuer waf1113

After some conversation with Julia from Kuvarsit I decided to buy my watch.
The watch being is a Tag Heuer Waf1113 for $118 ex shipping.
They were quick to reply and helpfull concerning transferwise, as Iam new new to that.
Ordered and paid today 28/11/2019, will keep you guys updated.
First time buying from a non TD on RWI.
Could anyone inform me why Kuvarsit is not supported by RWI and is on other rep forums?

5/12 after some slow / bad communication Kuvarsit told me the bracelet was lacking.
We agreed on a refund, refund was done.

Not too sure myself, as I've spent over $4000 with them over the past 6 years.

Kuvarsit is a TD on RWG.

I just ordered a BB 58 from Kuvarsit because they offer free shipping at the moment.
Maybe I could have negotiated with another TD but I am not much into bargaining.

Ordered a watch 19/06/2020, got QC pics 5 days later, approved directly but still no response, no tracking number, website seems down and no more communication.
