Can someone help update the links in the original post? They seem to be going to different locations. For example, I tried to browse the abbreviations thread: "https://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/35135-Forum-Terms-amp-Abbreviations" and it instead redirected to an IWC model "https://forum.replica-watch.info/forum/precious-time/36430-iwc-big-pilot-tourneau-limited-edition"

If there is something I can do to fix it, let me know. I'm happy to do so.

martinselig Welcome & wish you a happy new year! One thing I found that helped me was: https://www.repgeek.com/member-guides-and-howto-s/104832-means.html

Repgeek is a sister forum and some of the links there work well enough. It's helped me learn a lot since that earlier post of mine.

Oh and one more thing to add:- Surprisingly enough, google search on some of the terms worked better than the forum search. Google eventually pointed me to the right links within the forum. Worked especially well when "googling" gen vs rep comparisons... Hope it works just as well for you!
