Miyota 8215 without date wheel

Hello. I would like to use a Miyota 8215 with a new dial without a date window. Is there a way to remove the date gears so when I pull out the stem it doesn't click two times? I'm new to watch mods and still learning, a lot! Would it be better to just leave it like it is and pull the stem as if it had a date?

My tip - save yourself effort and time and simply change the dial
There is a reason why all DHGHATE watches, even those without a date display, have this movement and you don't even bother to remove the date wheel
