Rolex 5035 replacement

Hey there!

My friend has a Rolex quartz but sadly the movement is busted. Does anyone know if there is another quartz movement that you can fit in this watch, with or without mods?

We are talking gen 5935 here, right? The oyster quartz movements were so unique and different from everything else that there is really nothing that substitutes in the quartz realm. They are rare and sought after by collectors so it is likely that it is worthy sending to Rolex for a pricey spa day.
