Watch runs but stem won't wind movement

Case looks junk
Don't know about the dial or movement

Pleas chime in

What can I do with it?

Looks like a ETA 28xx series, very likely a 2824, no date function. Be a good swap for a no date sub or Tudor BB, and number of no date watches. You could possibly add the date function, but without it being removed its hard to say for sure.
