Noob v5 116610LN Dial and Xtal Swap

I have a v5 BK Sub Date with ETA2836. I'd like to replace the dial and Xtal.

Are there any restrictions with the dial on this old v5? I.e., could I do a straight swap with a VSF, ZZF or Clean? I guess the same question goes for the Xtal?

The crown stem occasionally slips while winding, so I'll probably replace the crown and stem, too.
