Rolex 3135 detent stuck

I have a franken 3135 movement where almost all parts are gen, bought in a watch from here. However when I today wanted to release the stem to the crown I found out that the detent was completely stuck, happens nothing when I’m pushing it down resulting in I can’t remove the stem. Anyone had this problem before or have any solution to this?

Push the crown back in. Make sure it winds. In the wind position, push gently on the knob and pull out the crown. Don't let the crown get in another position other than winding.
