Yellow pearl on crown

I have bought a Rolex SeaDwellersome years ago.

I have a question and need help please.

the pearl on the crown has turned yellow (please see picture)

Is it possible to replace the pearl my self by a new one?

Where buying this pearl?

Pm me location and specs in watch I have pips!! Btw that’s your bezel not crown.
