Hulk sub stem issue

I received my hulk sub and stem pulled out first day.
Seller saying not big deal and that local repair shop fix no problem. However not finding repair in Houston tx. Anyone have recommendation? Thanks.

I assume the stem and crown are all intact? Are you able to insert into the movement until it engages?

Intact able to insert. Not locking in place

sounds like keyless needs reset...not hard to do, but hands and dial have to come off
