Maybe it’s ocd or something, but every time I replace my hands, I scratch them to hell.

It takes few attempts to seat each one and as I make more attempts, they get more scratched.

I use nylon tip tweezers where I can but the doesn’t help much.

Do you guys tape up the hands first?

How exactly is rodico used to help sear the hands, especially the second hand? I’ve tried you tube but all the videos give me a rash.

Clean your nylon tips with rodico every time you want to press. Any micro dust/sand or whatever can scratch hands. Also hand pressing tool is helping as you have only one motion going down and no.l side move which can cause scratches.

Thanks mate. When using a hand press, how much pressure are you supposed to apply down? Or does the spring sort of regulate that for you?

As much needed to set hand properly.

I know bergeon hand tool has a "torque" limiter so that you won't over press it but in reps this is not needed.
