Ok so I bought a deep sea , from Puretime before Xmas , it arrived and did not work at all.
Puretime were great , they sent me out a new one and I returned the faulty one to them.
The new one arrived and after 3 days stopped working.
when you shake it the hands move and when you try to set the time the hour hand moves. ( so guess hands are loose)
I then contacted Puretime who told me to send this one back , which I did at great expense using a 4 day shipping method.
This then got stuck in UK customs for over a month, and was returned to me today. With what’s going on in China at the minute I’m wondering if it’s best to just pay and get it fixed in the uk.
If so please recommend a reliable person to fix this
