Help needed for a custom PLOPROF movement ring (2824)

Hi tech gurus!
I need help to make a custom movement ring for my PLOPROF.
I only have the cases, so I need the movement ring.
If a builder with the ability, who also have a PLOPROF could make me one I would happily pay for that!

Otherwise I have roughly the measurements, and if it's made of aluminum, I could thread the screw hole myself I guess.
Any help is welcome!

I have 2836 on order so I can also switch. Anyway I think the 2824 datewheel can mount on the 2836 right? The DWO is already centered and glued.

I would gladly accept if you can give your dimensions!

no its the other way around , a 2836 DW will work on a 2824 , a 2824 DW will not work on a 2836 .......

I would need to know the dimensions for that, the diameter of the case where the movement ring sits.

I have all the dimensions!
It is for a 2824 movement, but I used 25.8mm inner diameter just in case.
The height of the ring should be : 3.2 mm
And the depth of the inner ridget should be 1mm.

25.8 mm wouldn't fit, it's too small, it needs to be 25.95 or larger.

I only have 30 mm diameter brass bars and 30.10 mm diameter aluminium bars, nothing larger.

What is the purpose of the 27mm groove and what is it's depth ?

The date wheel overlay is actually bigger than the diameter of the movement, forbid the use of new dial feet. This inner ridge will let space for the date wheel overlay and the outer of the ring can apply pressure on the dial.

I guess 30.1mm in aluminum should do the job!
Can you also do the screw holes?

Here are the location of the screw holes that secure this ring to the case. In the ploprof, the movement is screw to the ring.

The red arrows are the screw holes.
The yellow arrows shows the hole guides for the dial. I can measure their distance.
