I recently purchased a Submariner 116619 LB Blue Ceramic V7 Noob A2836 from a M2M sale. Great watch, but unfortunately after wearing it about 4 times the little pearl has gone missing. What is the advised procedure for getting it replaced? I posted this in the Rolex subforum but not much luck there.

Buy a new pearl on ebay and put it in? Send to a watch repair guy on here? Do I need an entire new bezel insert? Any other suggestions? I'm located in the western US, and some specific leads would be much appreciated (either a link to a pearl that I can purchase and replace myself, or connection to a reputable watch repair guy here that could tackle the job). Thanks much!

eBay does have some decent ones if you can’t find one similar. They’re not cheap though. I think the best one I saw was about $60.

I ended up ordering one for $40. There's a seller from texas that's on ebay, amazon, and etsy...seems to be the same person/retailer. It's arriving tomorrow so I will report back on quality/fit/lume color/intensity match.
Andrew0 seems like these are somewhat of a pressfit and then have a bit of glue/epoxy holding them in. You could try grabbing it with pliers and pulling it out. Or the bezel may need to come off to push it out from behind.

Heat it with a soldering iron first , it should pull out pretty easy

i always use a thin pair of sidecutters to grab the base of the pearl once heated up , and i lever it against the insert to lift it up , never had a problem this way

So the pearl I ordered arrived. I'm going to return it. The lume color is greenish and doesn't match. The shape is not quite right...it's a bit too "dome shaped" and the metal bezel is short. It has a tiny peg on the back side so it doesn't really fit right. I attached some photos to illustrate all of this.

Maybe vaccum can chime in and help me and other source an appropriate replacement pearl.

Hmm...no luck still. Vac said he can't help.

Anyone have any ideas? Any watch modders here willing to help out? I'm ok if I have to replace the entire bezel insert to get this resolved.

Have a look at ebay item numbers
323953767760
372775216564
Of the two the 1st one looks ok, both would be better than nothing I suppose.
