Noob v7 116610 bezel spring(y)

I have a Noob v7 116610, finding that the bezel has movement when pushed down, a springy feeling, is this the norm ? Thanks.
if not what is the fix ?

Yes my gen bezel on the V9 does the same thing as well as the Noob I took off.
